Booking terms and cancellation policy

The terms below are Formigal365's general booking and cancellation terms. The definitive terms of each booking (price, deposit and applicable cancellation policy) will be confirmed in writing once the specific stay dates are known, and may vary depending on the season or other particular circumstances of the request.

1. General booking terms

Pre-booking is handled through our form or official contact channel. To confirm a booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount must be paid within 48 hours of availability being confirmed. Once payment is received, you'll get a confirmation email with the details of your stay. Until then, the booking remains pending confirmation.

The remaining balance may be paid up to 7 days before check-in, using the agreed method. Accepted payment methods are bank transfer, Bizum or a secure payment link sent by email.

2. Cancellation policy

  • Cancellation more than 14 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, or no-show: no refund.
  • In cases of duly justified force majeure: date change or full refund.

Cancellations must be requested in writing to formigal365sl@gmail.com.

3. House rules

Out of respect for the rest and comfort of all guests and neighbours:

  • Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed.
  • Parties or events are not allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Check-in: from 5:00 pm onward · Check-out: by 11:00 am (other times on request).
  • The apartment must be left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition.
  • Any damage or loss caused during the stay must be reported immediately and may be subject to compensation.

4. Confirmation and acceptance

By submitting the pre-booking form on this website, the guest declares to have read and accepted these General Booking Terms, Cancellation Policy and House Rules, with acceptance recorded electronically alongside the request.
